4. Physical Mock Test Bookings

4.1 Booking Commitment

Once you book a place for a physical (in-person) mock test, your booking is considered final and non-cancellable due to limited seat availability and the difficulty in filling spaces at short notice.

4.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. While we cannot guarantee any refund, we will make every reasonable attempt to find a replacement student for your booking.
If a replacement is found, we will offer to move your booking to the next available mock test at no extra charge.
If no replacement can be found, unfortunately, we will be unable to issue a refund or reschedule.
If you need to discuss a cancellation or rescheduling, please contact us as early as possible by email at help@testlife.co.uk or via WhatsApp on 07344 448092.

4.3 Refund Policy for Mocks

Refunds for physical mock tests will only be issued if TestLife cancels the event or if the venue becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

4.4 Special Requirements

If your child has any special educational needs, health conditions, or access requirements, please inform us a few days in advance of the test date. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

4.5 Behaviour and Supervision

All children attending our mock tests are expected to behave appropriately and follow staff instructions at all times.
If a child displays disruptive or unsafe behaviour that impacts the experience or safety of others, we may need to contact parents/guardians during the test to collect their child early.
We will always handle such situations sensitively and in the child’s best interest.

We offer certain resources free of charge. These are subject to these Terms and Conditions and may be updated, restricted, or removed at any time without notice.
