It prevents misuse by competitors, automated systems, or any individuals attempting to gain unfair access to our content.

2. Eligibility

• The free trial offer is exclusively available to genuine students, parents, and educators seeking to enhance their 11+ exam preparation.

• Any attempt to subscribe on behalf of competitors or third parties, or use the trial for purposes unrelated to personal educational benefit, is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use Guidelines

• Individual Access: Each user account is limited to a reasonable number of quizzes, mock exams, and practice tests per day. This limit is in place to ensure equitable access for all users.

• No Automated Access: The use of scripts, bots, or any automated methods to access, complete, or overload quizzes and tests is strictly forbidden.

• Natural Usage: Users are expected to take quizzes and assessments at a normal pace. Rapid-fire or simultaneous completions that exceed typical human behavior may be flagged as abusive.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

• We actively monitor user activity for patterns that suggest non-genuine or abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, high-frequency quiz completions, multiple rapid sign-ups from the same device or IP address, or the use of automated tools.

• Any behavior that undermines the intent of the free trial offer may result in immediate corrective action.

5. Consequences of Policy Violation

• Temporary Suspension or Termination: Accounts found violating this policy, including attempts to take all available quizzes in an unnaturally rapid manner, will be subject to temporary suspension or permanent termination of the free trial access.

• Loss of Access and Benefits: Repeated or severe violations may result in revocation of any associated premium content access and may lead to additional sanctions as defined in our Terms of Service.

• Further Action: We reserve the right to take additional legal or remedial action if necessary to protect our service and content.
